Musicians

Ann Donoghue is a Research Veterinarian, studying ailments of critters from pigs to eels. When not "doctoring" her neighbors' horses, steer, goats, etc., she spends her free time star-gazing with the Fort Collins Astronomy Club, swimming the English Channel, and of course practicing her many musical instruments, including bassoon, fife, and piano.

Pam Bitter has been a Project/Program Manager for Technology and Biotechnology companies all over the US.  She fills in the low end of our quartet with the deep lusty voice of her bass flute. She spends her free time actively supporting the endeavors of her adult children, and showering her grandchild in affection. She and her husband are building a "dream house" in Berthoud.

Susan Epperson is a Medical Laboratory Scientist with Poudre Valley Hospital, managing regulatory affairs for the blood banking services. She also has 2 adult children and a granddaughter to keep up with, as well as a mostly-adult husband.  She plays C flute and alto flute with us and has frequently been recruited into the percussion section in other ensembles she plays with.

Kirsten Daniel has worked as a Research Chemist at pharmaceutical companies, and as an educator at universities and community colleges. She plays saxophone in several area jazz groups, holding combo rehearsals at her home so her dogs can practice their vocals.  Kirsten arranges new music for the quartet and provides us guidance on how to "swing" those eighth notes.
